Loaded Caramel Doughnuts

Makes: 24 bites or 12 Doughnuts
Ingredients
Doughnut Bites:
- 100mL (5 tbsp.) vegetable oil
- 1 egg (59g)
- 60mL (¼ cup) milk
Glaze Coating:
- 5 tsp hot water
Method
- Prepare doughnut mix as per pack instructions.
- To make caramel glaze add ¾ cup of brown sugar and 2 Tbsp of butter in a small saucepan.
- Place on stove and stir over medium heat. Once combined, add 2 Tbsp of milk and reduce heat to simmer, stirring constantly for 7-8 minutes.
- Take caramel off the stove and gradually stir in glaze mix.
- Add an extra Tbsp of milk if caramel is too thick.
- Decorate with your favourite toppings.
