Classic Pavlova
Creating a Classic Pavlova is as simple as following this easy recipe.

- Separate eggs when cold. Once separated, cover the egg whites and let them come to room temperature (about 30 minutes).

Ingredients
- 6 Egg Whites, at room temperature
- 1 ½ cups Caster sugar
- 1 ½ Tbsp White Wings Corn Flour
- 1 tsp White vinegar
To serve:
- 300mL Thickened cream, whipped
- Fresh berries
Method
- Preheat oven to 120⁰C conventional or 100⁰C fan-forced. Using a 20cm cake pan as a guide, draw a 20cm circle on baking paper. Place paper, pencil side down, onto a greased oven tray
- Put egg whites and sugar into a large mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer on low speed for 1 minute. Increase speed to high and beat for 15 minutes or until mixture is thick and glossy. Add cornflour and vinegar and beat on low speed for 1 minute longer.
- Spoon mixture into prepared tray, spread out to a 20cm circle. Bake for 2 hours or until crisp. Turn oven off. Cool pavlova in oven with door ajar for 1-2 hours.
- Carefully transfer pavlova to a plate. Top with fresh cream and berries of your choice.
