Thick Custard

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp Custard Powder

  • 625mL (2 1/2 cups) milk

  • 1 Tbsp sugar (or to taste)

Method

1 Blend 3 tablespoons Custard Powder with 1/2 cup of the milk to form a smooth liquid.
2 Heat remaining milk with sugar in a saucepan until near boiling. Slowly add blended Custard Powder, stirring constantly. Simmer 1-2 minutes. Serve hot or cold.

Tips

  • For a thin cold pouring custard, use 1 1/2 tablespoons of Custard Powder.
  • Filename contains illegal characters.
