We use the heart of the wheat. The outer husk is removed, leaving the finest quality wheat flour. We leave the flour in its purest form (no additives and unbleached). It is then triple sifted to provide a smooth, silky texture and a finer flour to make your baking easier.
White Wings Plain flour is the perfect flour for thickening sauces and gravies, stews, casseroles and stir fries, coating and crumbing, as well as for baking biscuits, muffins, cakes, slices and desserts.
