Smooth Continental Cheesecake

  • For Base

    • 1 pack White Wings Continental Cheesecake 465g
    • 90g (4 ½ Tbsp) margarine spread or soft butter

    For Filling

    • 375mL (1 ½ cups) milk
    • Preparation time: 10 mins
    • Chilling time: 40-50 mins
    • Serves: 12

    Base

    Empty contents of biscuit base mix sachet into a bowl. Add melted margarine spread or butter and mix with a metal spoon to combine. Press the mixture firmly over the base and 5cm up the sides of a 20cm round springform pan. Refrigerate while preparing filling.

    Mix

    Place the milk into a large bowl. Sprinkle the filling mix over the milk. Using an electric mixer beat on low speed for 30 seconds to combine. Increase speed to high and mix for 2 minutes until thick.

    Chill

    Spread filling into biscuit base. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm.
