Double Choc Fudge Brownies

  • For Slice Base

    • 1 pack White Wings Double Choc Fudge Brownies 560g
    • 2 eggs
    • 40mL (2 Tbsp) water
    • 60g (1/4 cup) Vegetable Oil

    For Frosting

    • 20mL (1 Tbsp) milk
    • 40g (2 Tbsp) margarine spread or soft butter
    • Preparation time: 10 mins
    • Cooking time:  30 - 35 mins
    • Serves: 12

    Preheat

    Preheat oven to 180C (350F) or 160C for fan-forced. Grease a 5cm deep x 20cm square cake pan. Line the base with baking paper.

    Mix

    Empty the brownie mix sachet into a mixing bowl. Add eggs, water and vegetable oil. Beat with a wooden spoon for 1 minute until mixture is well combined.

    Bake

    Spread brownie batter into prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Allow to cool in pan. When cold turn onto a serving plate.

    Ice

    Combine frosting sachet, milk and margarine spread or soft butter in a bowl. Using a wooden spoon mix until smooth and glossy (adding extra milk if necessary). Spread over top of brownie slice and serve.
