Choc Chunk Brownies

An easy way to make a home made treat that’s great to share.

All you need is

	Preheat Preheat oven to 180C (350F) or 160C for fan-forced. Grease a 5cm deep x 20cm square cake pan. Line the base with baking paper.
	Mix Empty the brownie mix sachet into a mixing bowl. Add eggs, water and vegetable oil. Beat with a wooden spoon for 1 minute until mixture is well combined.
	Bake Spread brownie batter into prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Allow to cool in pan. When cold turn onto a serving plate.
