Triple Choc Muffins

    • 1 pack White Wings Triple Choc Muffins 550g
    • 1 egg
    • 250mL (1 cup) milk
    • 60mL (3 Tbsp) oil

      • Cooking time: 18-20 mins

      Preheat

      Preheat oven to 200C (400F) or 180C for fan-forced. Lightly grease a 12 x 1/3 cup capacity standard muffin tray or line with paper cases.

      Mix

      Empty the sachet into a mixing bowl. Add egg, milk and oil. Mix manually with a wooden spoon until just combined.

      Bake

      Spoon batter into muffin holes. Sprinkle chocolate chips on the top of batter evenly. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a skewer inserted into centre comes out clean. Stand 2 minutes. Lift the muffins out of the cups onto a wire rack to cool.
