MixEmpty the sachet into a mixing bowl. Add egg, milk and oil. Mix manually with a wooden spoon until just combined. |

BakeSpoon batter into muffin holes. Sprinkle chocolate chips on the top of batter evenly. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a skewer inserted into centre comes out clean. Stand 2 minutes. Lift the muffins out of the cups onto a wire rack to cool. |
