Rich Choc Chip Muffins

    • 1 pack White Wings Rich Choc Chip Muffins 550g
    • 1 egg
    • 250mL (1 cup) milk
    • 60mL (3 Tbsp) oil

      • Preparation time: 10 mins
      • Cooking time: 18-20 mins
      • Serves: 12

      Preheat

      Preheat oven to 200C (400F) or 180C for fan-forced. Lightly grease a 12 x 1/3 cup capacity standard muffin tray or line with paper cases.

      Mix

      Empty the sachet into a mixing bowl. Add egg, milk and oil. Mix manually with wooden spoon until just combined.

      Bake

      Spoon batter into muffin holes. Sprinkle chocolate chips on the top of batter evenly. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a skewer inserted into centre comes out clean. Stand 2 minutes. Lift the muffins out of the cups onto a wire rack to cool.
