MixEmpty sachet into a mixing bowl. Make a well in the centre. Add water and stir gently with a wooden spoon until just combined. |

BakeSpoon batter into muffin holes. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a skewer inserted into centre comes out clean. Stand for 2 minutes in muffin tray before turning onto a wire rack to cool. |
