Preparation |

PreheatPreheat oven to 180°C (350°F) or 160°C for fan-forced. Grease or line the base of a biscuit tray with baking paper. |

MixEmpty sachet into mixing bowl. Add egg, milk, oil and walnuts or your favourite nuts. Mix with wooden spoon until combined, knead mixture with hands to create a dough. |

BakeRoll the mix into 16 balls for large cookies (or 24 balls for smaller cookies) and place on a tray, leaving approx 10cm between balls. Bake 1 tray at a time for 10-15 minutes for soft cookies or 15-18 minutes for crisp cookies. When removed from the oven, cookie centre will be soft to the touch but firm at the edges. Allow to cool on the tray for 5 minutes, before transferring to a wire rack. |
