Preheat
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) or 160°C for fan-forced. Grease a 5cm deep x 20cm square cake pan. Line the base with baking paper. |

Mix
Empty the brownie mix sachet into a mixing bowl. Add eggs, water, vegetable oil and chopped mixed nuts. Beat with a wooden spoon for 1 minute until mixture is well combined.

Bake
Spread brownie batter into prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool in pan for at least 10 minutes. Turn onto a wire rack to cool.

Topping
Combine frosting sachet with milk and margarine spread or soft butter in a bowl. Using a wooden spoon mix until smooth and glossy. Spread over top of brownie slice and sprinkle with chopped mixed nuts..
