Choc Berry Muffins

All you need

  • 1 pack White Wings Choc Chip 97FF Muffins 525g
  • 310mL (1¼ cups) water
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

Preheat

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) or 180°C for fan-forced. Lightly grease a 12 x ⅓ cup capacity standard muffin tray.

Mix

Empty sachet into a mixing bowl. Make a well in the centre. Pour water into muffin mix, add frozen raspberries and gently stir with wooden spoon until just combined.

Bake

Spoon mix onto lightly greased muffin holes. Bake for 17 -19 minutes or until a skewer inserted into centre comes out clean. Stand 2 minutes. Remove the muffins onto wire rack to cool.
