PreheatPreheat oven to 200°C (400°F) or 180°C for fan-forced. Lightly grease a 12 x ⅓ cup capacity standard muffin tray. |

MixEmpty sachet into a mixing bowl. Make a well in the centre. Pour water into muffin mix, add frozen raspberries and gently stir with wooden spoon until just combined. |

BakeSpoon mix onto lightly greased muffin holes. Bake for 17 -19 minutes or until a skewer inserted into centre comes out clean. Stand 2 minutes. Remove the muffins onto wire rack to cool. |
