Cherry Choc Muffins

All you need

  • 1 pack White Wings Rich Choc Chip Muffins 550g
  • 1 egg
  • 250mL (1 cup) milk
  • 60mL (3 Tbsp) oil
  • 100g cherry coconut chocolate, chopped

  • Cooking time: 18-20 mins

Preheat

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) or 180°C for fan-forced. Lightly grease a 12 x ⅓ cup capacity standard muffin tray

Mix

Empty the muffin mix sachet into a mixing bowl.  Add egg, milk and oil then mix through chopped cherry coconut chocolate. Mix with wooden spoon until just combined.

Bake

Spoon mix onto lightly greased muffin holes. Sprinkle chocolate chips on the top of mix evenly. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a skewer inserted into centre comes out clean. Stand 2 minutes. Lift the muffins out of the tray onto a wire rack to cool.
