Preheat
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) or 180°C for fan-forced. Lightly grease a 12 x ⅓ cup capacity standard muffin tray

Mix
Empty the muffin mix sachet into a mixing bowl. Add egg, milk and oil then mix through chopped cherry coconut chocolate. Mix with wooden spoon until just combined. |

Bake
Spoon mix onto lightly greased muffin holes. Sprinkle chocolate chips on the top of mix evenly. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a skewer inserted into centre comes out clean. Stand 2 minutes. Lift the muffins out of the tray onto a wire rack to cool.
